Dark tea was usually sold to border areas. It has old and rough raw materials and long fermented period which make its color dark. White tea is the specialty of China. It is produced through withering and drying. White tea has excellent profile, fragrance and taste. White tea is a kind of non-fermented and non-twisted tea which has the natural fragrance. There is white hair on the body with little silver flower color. Its water is yellow with mellow taste.
Scented tea, also called perfume-paper, is a kind of tea covering fragrant flowers and new tea together, which uses the tea's being good at absorbing odor. After the fragrance being absorbed by the tea, the flowers are filtered out. The scented tea has mellow fragrance which is favored by people in North China.
