Pick up travelers at downtown hotel between 06:30am and 7:10am.

Drive to Ming Tomb.
Ming Tombs is located 50 miles away from downtown, which takes about one hour driving. The thirteen Ming Tombs are the best-preserved Chinese imperial tombs with 500 years history.
The visiting of the Ming Tomb takes about 1 hour.

The visiting of Ming Tomb is about 11:00 am.

Drive to take Chinese traditional lunch (11:30). 

Travelers have 45 minutes to have a short visit of Jade Carving Factory. The jade carving is very famous special local arts, which covers excellent carving skill and Chinese traditional cultures.


Drive to Mutianyu Great Wall after Lunch.

Mutianyu Great Wall is known for its beautiful surroundings - dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of a year.  Cable car is a good choice (optional) if you want to reach the highest point without too much stepping.

Sightseeing on Great Wall is around 1.5 to 2 hours.

Chinese traditional Tea Ceremony is available after returning back to downtown Beijing.

Pick up at your hotel at appointed time.This tour starts at northern part of Tian'anmen Square. The Tiananmen Square is the largest public square in the world. Surrounded by many well-known cultural and political institutions, the square is the final resting place of Chairman Mao Zedong. The square has witnessed the founding of the People's Republic of China.

From there you will proceed to the Forbidden City. It is a treasure house of Chinese cultural and historical relics. Forbidden City was the exclusive domain of the imperial court for almost 500 years. As one of the World Cultural Relics, Forbidden City consists of 90 palaces and courtyards, 980 buildings and 8,704 rooms. Visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for 2 hours.

On the way to Temple of Heaven, you will have a chance to visit the Chinese traditional medicine culture.

After having a short rest, we'll visit the Temple of Heaven.

Temple of Heaven Temple of Heaven

Built in 1420 during Ming Dynasty, Temple of Heaven is the best preserved and largest sacrificial building complex in the world. The emperor came to the temple every winter to pray for ample harvests and good weather. Strictly built on the basis of philosophical requirements, the temple in many ways features the relationship between Heaven and Earth. The visit to Temple of Heaven takes about 1 hour.

After Chinese lunch (40 minutes) in Restaurant, enjoy a short visit to a pearl free market not missed.

Driving (30minutes) to Summer Palace.
Summer Palace was first built in 1750 by Emperor Qianlong in Qing Dynasty. It covers an area of 2.9 square kilometers, including 70,000 square meters of building space. Summer Palace perfectly combines the natural landscape of hills and open water with humankind works such as pavilions, halls, palaces and bridges.

In 1998, UNESCO included the Summer Palace on its World Heritage List. The visit takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Pick up travelers from downtown hotel or a place near your hotel at appointed time.  Tour guide will inform you the accurate pick up place and time in the evening before tour date.

Drive to Jinshanling Great Wall.
The Great Wall was built and maintained between the 7th century BC and 17th century BC. It was originally built to protect the empire from northern invaders. The Great Wall stretches through the countryside over deserts, hills and plains for 8,851.8 kilometers.

Jinshanling was built from 1368 to 1389 during the Ming Dynasty. 
Being a remote section with many original features, Jinshanling Great Wall is known for its completeness. Jinshanling Great Wall is 11km long with more than 100 watch towers. 

The time of Great Wall visiting is around 12km, about 4-5 hours.

After the sightseeing of Jinshanling Great Wall,  travelers will be transferred back downtown Beijing.
Travelers may inform tour guide which place you preferred to be dropped off.

Pick up travelers your hotel between 6:30am and 07:10am, and then driving to Beijing Zoo where you can see the lovely Giant Pandas.
Beijing Zoo was built in 1955 on the foundation of Wansheng Garden of the Qing Dynasty. It is now the biggest zoo in China with the largest number of animal species.

The highlight of Beijing Zoo is the national treasure-giant panda. The Panda Zoo visit takes about 40 minutes.

We will arrange 45 minutes to take pictures at the Bird's nest and Water Cube. If you are interested in the inner structure of the stadiums, the tour guide will assist you in buying the tickets, and you could enter in the stadiums for a visit by yourself.

Lama Temple Lama Temple
Then take you to the Lama Temple of Beijing.
As the biggest lamasery in Beijing, Lama Temple was built in 1694. The temple contains 5 halls along a central axis plus three Memorial Archways. The Hall of Harmony and Peace is the main building of the temple.

Take 1 hour sightseeing in the mysterious Tibet style Buddhism temple. The Lama Temple tour finishes at about 11:00.

Travelers will be arranged to have lunch with locals in a typical Beijing resident's house.

Then we will visit the old Beijing Hutong by taking rickshaws.
Hutongs are lanes or alleys formed by lines of Siheyuan (a compound with houses around a courtyard). Most of them were built during the Yuan (1206-1368), Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1908) dynasties surrounding the Forbidden City. Many famous operas and dramas are based on the themes of hutong life.

The sightseeing of Beijing Hutong takes around 2 hours.

Bus tour travelers at Jingshan Park Jingshan Park
Then we willl drive you to the Jingshan park.
Jingshan is an artificial hill made from the soil which was excavated for the moats of the Forbidden City. Jingshan consists of five individual peaks, and on the top of each peak there lies an elaborate pavilion. Once as an imperial garden, the Jingshan park was situated right on the north of the Forbidden City. The sightseeing time at Jingshan park is about 40 minutes.   Then we will take a short visit to a Silk Shop to enjoy Chinese Traditional Silk Arts before being transferred back to hotel.

Be transferred back to your hotels after the coach tour.
Be met by private vehicle and transferred to airport for departure.
