Thank you for the information. Yes, we can arrange a hotel for you. I think you need 3 twin rooms. Please let us know the exhibition center name, then we will find a hotel near the exhibition center, which is convenient for you. The exhibition center transfer is not necessary if the hotel is very closed to the trade fair. We will arrange a a 9 seats van to do the transfer from airport. Please let us know if you have many suitcase. I am a staff in office; we have professional tour guide and driver to show you around in Beijing.
