Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1. Reach Beijing.  
• 
  Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from airport and transfer to your hotel. Remainder of the day is at leisure.

• Day 2. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace  
• 
  Our guide will meet your at hotel lobby at 08:30am.
  Firstly visit Tiananmen Square. Surrounded by many well-known cultural and political buildings, Tiananmen Square has the important position for Chinese people.
  Go on visiting Forbidden City, the largest palatial structure in the world. The palace is the treasure house of Chinese cultural and historical relics.
• After lunch, proceed to Temple of Heaven. Built in 1420 used for offering sacrifices to heaven, the temple is the best preserved and largest sacrificial building complex in the world.
  Then visit Summer Palace. Combining lakes, gardens and ancient structures, Summer Palace is the largest imperial garden of China and was included the World Heritage Sites by UNESCO in 1998.
  Our driver will transfer you back to the hotel at about 17:30.

• Day 3. Jinshanling Great Wall, Outside view of Bird Nest and Water Cube.

  Our guide will meet your at hotel lobby at 08:30am.
  Drive about 2.5 hours to Jinshanling Great Wall. Jinshanling Great Wall preserves the original appearance with little renovation. 67 watchtowers with different shapes and features are densely distributed alone the winding great wall.
• On the way back to Beijing city, have an outside view of Bird Nest and Water Cube. They are landmark structures of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
  Transfer you back to the hotel at around 18:00.

• Day 4. Beijing Zoo, Beijing Hutong, Lama Temple, Roast Duck, Acrobatic Show.  
• 
  Our guide will meet your at hotel lobby at 08:30am.
  Go to Beijing Zoo to see the national treasure, giant pandas. Besides the pandas, Beijing Zoo is also the home of many other wild and rare animals.
• After lunch, proceed to Beijing Hutong. Beijing Hutongs are the narrow lanes formed by traditional courtyard compounds. Discover the way of life of old Beijingers by man-power rickshaw.
  Then visit Lama Temple. Also called "Yonghegong", Lama Temple is a well preserved Tibetan monastery in Beijing. It was originally the royal residence of Emperor Yongzheng before he ascended the throne.
• Have Beijing Roast Duck as dinner, which is one of the traditional dishes of Beijing.
  Watch Acrobatic Show at night. With outstanding feats, gorgeous choreographer and color, you will be amazed by the performers' ability of retaining balance in motion.
  Transfer you back to the hotel after the show.

• Day 5. Leave Beijing.

  Our driver will pick you up from hotel and transfer to the airport to catch your flight.
