Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1. Reach in Beijing.  
• 
  Upon you arrive in airport in Beijing, you will be met from exit by private vehicle and transferred to hotel for checking in.
  Remainder of the day is at leisure.

• Day 2. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace.  
• 
  At 08:30am, you will be picked up from hotel by private guide.
  Drive to the largest city plaza in the world, Tiananmen Square. The square is the place where many political and historical events took place.
  Go on visiting Forbidden City, the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties(1368-1912). It is the largest and best-preserved palace complex and was listed as the World Cultural Relics in 1987.
• After lunch, proceed to the largest ancient sacrificial building in the world, Temple of Heaven. Its layout and architectures imply the traditional view of "the Heaven is round and the Earth is square.".
  Then visit Summer Palace. Featured with the natural landscape and ancient structures, Summer Palace is the largest imperial garden of China. It mainly consists of Kunming Lake, Longevity Hill and more than 100 ancient structures.
  Be transferred back to the hotel after the tour.

• Day 3. Ming Tombs, Mutianyu Great Wall.   
• 
  At 08:30am, you will be picked up from hotel by private guide.
  Drive to the best preserved tomb area with most emperors' mausoleums in China, Ming Tombs. 13 emperors of Ming Dynasty were buried here. We will visit the largest and the first built mausoleum, Changling Tomb. The main buildings include Ling'en Gate, Ling'en Hall, Lingxing Gate and Treasure City.
• Afterwards, have lunch at a local restaurant.
  Then proceed to visit Mutianyu Great Wall. As one of the seven wonders in the world, China Great Wall is a must-go attraction when you are in Beijing. Mutianyu is one of the most famous and best preserved sections of the wall, featuring the picturesque scenery and dense watchtowers. Cable car is available and optional.
  Be transferred back to the hotel after the tour.

• Day 4. Beijing Zoo, Beijing Hutong, Lama Temple, Bird Nest and Water Cube, Roast Duck, Acrobatics Show.  
• 
  At 08:30am, you will be picked up from hotel by private guide.
  Drive to Beijing Zoo to see Giant Pandas. Beijing Zoo is the biggest zoo in China with the largest number of animal species.
  Then we will visit Beijing Hutong. These narrow lanes surrounded by traditional courtyard residences were mostly built during the Yuan (1206-1368), Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1908) dynasties. Take a man-power rickshaw to feel the old Beijing's authentic life style.
• Afterwards, proceed to Lama Temple, the biggest lamasery in Beijing. The temple was once a prince residence and converted an official Tibetan Buddhist lamasery in 1744. It houses a treasury of Buddhist art.
  Go on visit the landmark constructions during the 2008 Olympic Games, Bird Nest and Water Cube. Have an outside view of these two famous stadiums.
• We will have the Beijing Roast Duck for Dinner. Roast Duck is the most popular dish among foreign tourists when you travel in Beijing.
  Enjoy Chinese Acrobatics Show at night. Acrobatics has been existent in China for more than two thousand years. You will have a visual feast of Chinese culture.
  Be transferred back to the hotel after the show.

• Day 5. Transfer to Xingang Port.  
• 
  you will be picked up from hotel at appointed time and transferred to Xingang Port in Tianjin.
