Day 1. Arrival
Arrive in Beijing.
Be met from airport by private vehicle and be transferred to hotel for checking in. Remainder of the day is at leisure.
Day 2. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace.
Be picked up from your hotel by English speaking tour guide and private vehicle at 08:30 am.
Visit Tiananmen Square. The Tiananmen Square is the largest public square in the world. Surrounded by many well-known cultural and political institutions, the square is the final resting place of Chairman Mao Zedong. The square has witnessed the founding of the People's Republic of China.
Enter the Palace Museum from the north end of Tiananmen Square. Known as Forbidden City, the Palace Museum is a treasure house of Chinese cultural and historical relics. The palace was the exclusive domain of the imperial court for almost 500 years, 24 emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasty. As one of the World Cultural Relics, the palace consists of 90 palaces and courtyards, 980 buildings and 8,704 rooms.
Drive to visit Temple of Heaven. Built in 1420 during Ming Dynasty, Temple of Heaven is the best preserved and largest sacrificial building complex in the world. The emperor came to the temple every winter to pray for ample harvests and good weather. Strictly built on the basis of philosophical requirements, the temple in many ways features the relationship between Heaven and Earth.
Move on to visit Summer Palace. The Summer Palace was first built in 1750 by Emperor Qianlong in Qing Dynasty. It covers an area of 2.9 square kilometers, including 70,000 square meters of building space. The Summer Palace perfectly combines the natural landscape of hills and open water with humankind works such as pavilions, halls, palaces and bridges. In 1998, UNESCO included the Summer Palace on its World Heritage List.
Be transferred back to hotel after the tour.

Day 3. Underground Palace of Dingling Tomb, Sacred Way, Lunch, Mutianyu Great Wall (Cable Car included), Foot Massage, Buffet Dinner in a nice restaurant.

Drive to visit Underground Palace of Dingling Tomb. Ding Ling (the Tomb of Ding) is the mausoleum of the 13th emperor (Wanli) of the Ming Dynasty, who had the longest reign in Ming dynasty.
With five chambers, the underground palace of Dingling is 27 meters deep with a total floor space of 1,195 square meters. All chambers were built of stone without using a single beam or column. Dingling is the only excavated tomb for archaeological exploration. Tourists can see precious antiques in the exhibition halls.
Then visit Sacred Way. The Sacred Way stretches 7 kilometers from south to north through the center of the tombs area. It was originally built for the first tomb Changling - the tomb of Emperor Yongle, the most powerful emperor in the Ming dynasty. But as the later tombs were built either to the right or to the left, it became the main road to all of them. They formed one group, but each tomb is independent of the other. Each lies at the foot of a hill.
After lunch, we will visit the famous Mutianyu Great Wall.
The Great Wall was built and maintained between the 7th century BC and 17th century BC. It was originally built to protect the empire from northern invaders. The Great Wall stretches through the countryside over deserts, hills and plains for 8,851.8 kilometers.
Mutianyu section was first built in the mid-6th century. It is the longest fully-restored Great Wall with 22 original style watchtowers. Mutianyu Great Wall features picturesque landscape with 90% forest coverage rate. The scenery in spring and autumn is excellent. Mutianyu Great Wall is not so crowded as Mutianyu section. Spend two hours on the Great Wall. Cable Car included.
Then we will experience the Foot Massage. Foot Massage is a part of Chinese traditional medicine and culture. It improves the immune system and keeps the body's natural balance. Going for a foot massage after a day traveling will be really comfortable.
Have Buffet Dinner in a nice restaurant.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour.

Day 4.Beijing Zoo to see Panda, Beijing Hutong include Rickshaw experience in Hutong, National Museum, Beijing Acrobatic Show, Beijing Roast Duck Dinner.

Drive to visit Beijing Zoo to see Panda. Beijing Zoo was built in 1955 on the foundation of Wansheng Garden of the Qing Dynasty. It is now the biggest zoo in China with the largest number of animal species. The highlight of Beijing Zoo is the national treasure-giant panda.
Then we will visit Beijing Hutong. Hutongs are lanes or alleys formed by lines of Siheyuan (a compound with houses around a courtyard). Most of them were built during the Yuan (1206-1368), Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1908) dynasties surrounding the Forbidden City. Many famous operas and dramas are based on the themes of hutong life. Man-power rickshaw is arranged for you to feel the Hutong of Beijing.
After lunch, we will visit National Museum. The National Museum of China consists of two separate museums: the Museum of the Chinese Revolution in the northern wing and the National Museum of Chinese History in the southern wing. The National Museum of China houses over 620,385 cultural items in its permanent art collection. The museum also possess many Chinese historical artifacts that would not be found in other museums such as the heaviest ancient bronze- Simuwu Ding.
Enjoy Acrobatic Show and have Roast Duck Dinner. Acrobatic show has been existent in China for more than two thousand years. It is one of the most popular art forms in China.
Beijing Roast Duck is delicious food with Beijing local flavor. Eating Peking duck is seen to be one of the two things you are absolutely supposed to do while in Beijing.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour.

Day 5. Garden Museum, Outside view of Bird Nest and Water Cube, Lunch, Free Afternoonr.

Drive to visit Garden Museum. Opened in May, 2013, China Garden Museum is the first national museum of its kind in China. It is is an international cultural center for collecting historical garden relics, carrying forward Chinese traditional culture, displaying the charm of garden art and studying the value of gardens. The museum consists of the main building, indoor gardens and outdoor exhibition areas.
Have an outside view of Bird Nest and Water Cube.
As the main stadium of the 2008 Olympic Games, the National Stadium, also called Bird's Nest, is located in the southern part of central area of Beijing Olympic Park. The National Stadium was used to hold the Olympic Games, the opening and closing ceremony of the Paralympic Games, track and field events and the Soccer finals.
National aquatics center is one of the landmark constructures during the 2008 Olympic Games. It was the major swimming pool constructed for the 2008 Olympic Games. National aquatics center and National Stadium are separately located on both sides of the northern end of Beijing city central axis and they together form a complete Beijing's image of a historical and cultural city.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the lunch.
