Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1. Tiananmen Square, National Museum, Forbidden City, Jingshan Park.   
• 
  You private guide and driver will pick up you from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
  Head to Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world. There are many cultural and political buildings around the square, such as the Great Hall of the People, Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao Zedong, The Monument to the Peoples Heroes and National Museum.
  Visit the National Museum of China at the east edge of Tiananmen Square. The museum is the third largest museum in the world and the permanent home to over one million cultural relics.
• Visit Forbidden City after lunch. As the largest and best-preserved palace complex in China, the Forbidden City consists of 90 palaces and courtyards, 980 buildings and 8,704 rooms.
  Move on to visit Jingshan Park. The summit of Jingshan Hill is the best place to overlook the marvelous roof of Forbidden City.
  Transfer back to your hotel after the tour at about 17:30.

• Day 2. Ming Tombs, Mutianyu Great Wall.  
• 
  You private guide and driver will pick up you from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
  Drive to Ming Tomb with a history of over 600 years. It is the final resting place of 13 emperors of Ming Dynasty. Visit the largest one, Changling Tomb.
• Go on visiting Mutianyu Great Wall after lunch. Featured with beautiful nature landscape and dense watch towers, Mutianyu section is the essence of great wall built in the Ming Dynasty.
  Transfer back to your hotel after the tour at about 17:30.

• Day 3. Temple of Heaven, Xiushui Market, Summer Palace.   
• 
  You private guide and driver will pick up you from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
  Drive to visit Temple of Heaven. It is the largest sacrificial building complex in the world built in 1420 for praying good harvest and peace to the heaven.
  Then go to Xiushui Market. The market is also called Silk Market. Except silk and fashion clothes, various kinds of items can be bought here. Many foreign travelers prefer to include Silk Market in their Beijing leisure tour.
• After lunch, we will visit the largest imperial garden in China, Summer Palace. Regarded as the "Museum of Royal Gardens", it was included on the World Heritage List by UNESCO in 1998.
  Transfer back to your hotel after the tour at about 17:30.

• Day 4. Beijing Zoo, Hutong, Lama Temple, Bird Nest and Water Cube.

  You private guide and driver will pick up you from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
  Head to Beijing Zoo to see the national treasure, giant panda. Beijing Zoo is the biggest zoo in China with the largest number of animal species. Besides the lovely pandas, you can find various rare birds and animals.
  Proceed to Beijing Hutong, which shows the traditional houses and life style of old Beijing. Ride a rickshaw to feel the culture and life of local people.
• Go on visiting Lama Temple after lunch. It is the largest Tibetan monastery in Beijing. The Hall of Harmony and Peace is the main building.
  Then go to the major venue of the 2008 Olympic Games, Olympic Park. Take an outside view of the famous Bird Nest and Water Cube. They are architectural wonders.
  Transfer back to your hotel after the tour at about 17:30.
