Beijing time is the only time standard of China.   It is importand to know Beijing local time (China time) when you travel China.

When your Beijing tour guide said meeting you in airport at 11:00 am,  for sure the guide is referring to the Beijing local time. 

Please make sure to adjust your time to Beijing time before your flight arriving in Beijing.
