Shuiguan Great Wall One Day Tour to Shuiguan Great Wall and China Avaiation Museum

Be picked up from your hotel by English speaking tour guide and private vehicle at 08:30 am. Drive to the famous Shuiguan Great Wall to start Shuiguan Great Wall 1 day trip.

The Great Wall was built and maintained between the 7th century BC and 17th century BC. It was originally built to protect the empire from northern invaders. The Great Wall stretches through the countryside over deserts, hills and plains for 8,851.8 kilometers.

With a history of 400 years, Shuiguan Great Wall was built during the Ming Dynasty. It is the east section of Badaling Great Wall and is the most complete and strongest section of the Great Wall of China. The arrow tower also is the pass of the water system used to defend against enemies, so called shuiguan(Water Pass). Then visit China Avaiation Museum. China Aviation Museum is the first large aviation museum opened to the public in China. It is the highlight of aviation treasures in Asia. The museum collects more than one hundred kinds of models over a total of more than 200 aircrafts. There are also air missiles, artillery, air defense radar, aviation bombs and etc. The exhibitions in Aviation Museum can be compared with Military Museum. It is a good place for children to visit.

Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour at around 18:00.
