Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1. Arrive in Guilin.  
• 
  You will meet your guide at the exit of the airport or railway station when you arrive in Guilin.
  Then be transferred to hotel for check in.
  The rest of the day is at leisure.

• Day 2. Sanjiang: Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridge, Sanjiang Drum Tower, China Dong Town.  
• 
  You will meet your guide at the hotel lobby at 08:30 in the morning.
  Drive to Sanjiang to visit Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridge firstly. Wind and Rain Bridge is a typical bridge building of Dong ethnic minority. Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridge is the famous one with magnificent and unique wooden structures.
• Then visit Sanjiang Drum Tower, which is the No. one drum tower of Dong ethnic. It is a 27-floor building and supported by 60 pillars with a floor space of 600 square meters. The whole shape looks like a pagoda.
  Proceed to China Dong Town. The building has similar shape to the famous Beijing Bird Nest, so also called "Sanjiang Bird Nest". It displays the bull fighting, ethnic singing and dancing, and other recreational activities of Dong ethnic minority.
• Overnight in Sanjiang.

• Day 3. Sanjiang-Longsheng, Longji Rice Terraces and Zhuang Ethnic Village.  
• 
  You will meet your guide at the hotel lobby at 08:30 in the morning.
  Drive to Longsheng to visit Longji Rice Terrace. With a history of about 800 years, the large area of rice terraces wind alone the slope layer upon layer, like backbone of a giant dragon.
• Discover the local Zhuang Ethnic Village with unique three-floor wooden houses and experience their life style and culture.
• Overnight in Longsheng.
•   Breakfast, Lunch,
• Day 4. Free time in the morning. Back to Guilin in the afternoon.  
• 
  This morning is free for you to explore the amazing place. You can get up early to see the magnificent sunrise on the rice terraces.
• Transfer you back to Guilin in the afternoon. Rest of the time is free to explore the city on your own.

• Day 5. Li River Cruise to Yangshuo.   
• 
  You will meet your guide at the hotel lobby at about 07:30 to 08:10 in the morning.
  Drive to Zhujiang Pier for Li River Cruise. The section from Guilin to Yangshuo is the essence of the Li River scenery. Cruise along the river, you will step into a traditional Chinese painting with the picturesque mountains, peaceful green fields, farms and villages with water buffalos. The cruise will take 4.5 to 5 hours.
• Disembark at the one-thousand-year-old town Yangshuo in the afternoon.
  Free at leisure to explore the town after check-in your hotel.

• Day 6. Hiking tour along Yulong River in the morning, free time in the afternoon.  
• 
  You will meet your guide at the hotel lobby at 08:30 in the morning.
  Have a half day hiking tour along the beautiful Yulong River. Yulong River is the biggest branch of the Li River in Yangshu, also called "small Li River" because of its beautiful nature scene.
• Afternoon is free. You may find a tiny and enigmatic world with the breathtaking scenery and have a pot of tea in a sidewalk cafe feeling totally relaxed.
• Overnight in Yangshuo.

• Day 7. Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk Hill, Depart from Guilin.  
• 
  You will meet your guide at the hotel lobby at 08:30 in the morning.
  Drive back to Guilin to discover a spectacular karst cave, Reed Flute Cave. You can enjoy the stalagmites, stalactites, stone pillars and stone curtains with different shapes, which have been forming since 180 million years ago.
  Proceed to Elephant Trunk Hill. Named for its shape like a huge elephant drinking water from the river with its trunk, Elephant Trunk Hill is regarded as the symbol of Guilin.The hill combines beautiful nature views and valuable cultural landscape.
• Then you will be transferred to airport or airport or railway station for departure.
