- Day 1. Enter Shanghai, Shanghai Museum, People's Square, Wulixiang Shikumen Museum, Nanjing Road, the Bund.
- Day 2. Zhouzhuang Water Town.
- Day 3. Yu Garden, Yu Market, Chinese Brush Pen and Ink Museum, Wukang Road, Pudong New Area, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Outside view of China Hall of Shanghai Expo, Binjiang Avenue.
- Day 4. Exit Shanghai.
Detailed Itinerary
- Day 1. Enter Shanghai, Shanghai Museum, People's Square, Wulixiang Shikumen Museum, Nanjing Road, the Bund.
Upon arrival at Shanghai airport or train station, your guide will greet you at the exit.
Drive you to Shanghai Museum. Consisting of eleven galleries and three exhibition halls, Shanghai Museum is one of the best museums in China. Over 120,000 pieces of cultural relics are displayed including bronze wares, ceramics, jade, sculptures, paintings and calligraphy works.- Move on to People's Square, a large public square adjacent to Nanjing Road. It is the place of new Municipal Government Mansion lies in, as well the city's important transportation hubs.
Visit Wulixiang Shikumen Museum. Wulixiang means home in Shanghai local dialect. The museum is a typical Shikumen house in Shanghai in 1930s.
Proceed to Nanjing Road. Reputed as "the first commercial street in China", Nanjing Road is the earliest and busiest commercial street in Shanghai.
Then visit the Bund, The Bund is a famous waterfront along the Huangpu River. It is famed as "Exhibition of International Buildings" because of 52 various buildings in different architectural styles, such as Gothic, Baroque, Romanesque and the Renaissance.

- Day 2. Zhouzhuang Water Town.
Your guide will pick you up from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
Take a one day tour to Zhouzhuang Water Town. Zhouzhuang Water Town has a history of almost 1,000 years. It is reputed as "the No. 1 Water Town in China". With lakes on four sides, the town boasts 100 residential houses and 14 distinctive ancient stone bridges.- Transfer you to the hotel after the tour.

- Day 3. Yu Garden, Yu Market, Chinese Brush Pen and Ink Museum, Wukang Road, Pudong New Area, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Outside view of China Hall of Shanghai Expo, Binjiang Avenue.
Your guide will pick you up from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
Visit Yu Garden first. Yu Garden is a Southern China classical garden built in the Ming Dynasty(1368-1644). Understand the art and skills of the traditional gardens from the pavilions, cloisters, bridges, ponds, rockeries and exquisite carvings.
Discover Yu Market next to the Yu Garden. With many traditional Chinese architectures, Yu Market is always busy and crowded.
Proceed to Chinese Brush Pen and Ink Museum. It is a museum themed on the traditional Chinese painting tools, brush pen and ink. - Move on to Wukang Road, a historic road in Former French Concession. You can find many European-style buildings built in the early 20th century, including Mediterranean style, French Renaissance style, German Baroque style and Spanish style.
Drive to Pudong New Area located on the east bank of the Huangpu River. It is the epitome of Shanghai's modernization.
Visit Oriental Pearl TV Tower. With 468 meters high in total, Oriental Pearl TV Tower has three major sightseeing floors in for travelers to enjoy the city view at different heights.
View China Hall of Shanghai Expo from outside. With the theme of China's intelligence, China Hall in 2010 Shanghai Expo has a distinctive roof. It is named "The Crown of the East".
Have a leisurely walking along Binjiang Avenue. Binjiang Avenue is a landscape park integrating sightseeing, greening and transportation. Standing on the water front platform, you can enjoy the Huangpu River and the Bund across the river.
