Shanghai and Suzhou Three Days Private Woman Tour

Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1.Arrival, Shanghai Museum, People's Square, Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, Yu Garden, Nanjing Road.  
• 
  Upon arrival at Shanghai airport or train station, your guide will greet you at the exit.
  Drive to Shanghai Museum. Over 120,000 pieces of cultural relics are displayed in the museum showing the history and art of ancient China.
  Take a stroll on People's Square. The square is a garden square where the Shanghai Municipal Government Mansion located.
  Proceed to the sixth Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum in the world. More than 80 vivid wax statues of celebrities are display in the museum, such as Yao Ming, David Beckham, Tom Cruise, Einstein and Bill Gates. Visitors have a chance to have interactive contact with the wax figures.
• Go on to Yu Garden. It was a private garden during the Ming and Qing Dynasties(1368-1911). The garden features authentic old architectures, rockeries and exquisite carvings.
  Proceed to Nanjing Road, the most prosperous shopping street in Shanghai and one of the top ten pedestrian streets in China. You may find many all-in-one shopping malls, restaurants and cafés. Then transfer you to check in the hotel.

• Day 2. Suzhou: Humble Administrator's Garden, Grand Canal, Pingjiang Street.     
• 
  Meet your guide at hotel lobby at 08:30 in the morning.
  Drive to Suzhou to visit Humble Administrator's Garden. As the largest ancient garden in Suzhou, Humble Administrator's Garden is a representative of gardens in southern China. Appreciate the elegant architectures, calligraphy, carving, painting, and bonsai.
• Then visit Grand Canal. With whitewashed houses, ancient city gates and various bridges, the Grand Canal makes a circuit around Suzhou Old City.
  Continue to Pingjiang Street. With a history of about 800 years old, Pingjiang Street is a miniature of ancient Suzhou City. It still maintains its features of ancient Chinese water town.
  After the tour, transfer you back to the hotel in Shanghai.

• Day 3. Pudong New Area, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai Municipal History Museum, Huaihai Road, The Bund.  
• 
  Meet your guide at hotel lobby at 08:30 in the morning.
  Head to Pudong New Area. The area is one of the important financial centers of the world.
  Proceed to Oriental Pearl TV Tower. This 468 meter high tower is the world’s sixth and Asia's fourth TV and radio tower. It is a good place to catch a panoramic view of whole city.
  Visit Shanghai Municipal History Museum in the basement of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. You will learn about the changes happened in every aspects of shanghai with a vivid way through life-like wax figures.
• Discover Huaihai Road located in the old French Concession. The road is lined with plane trees and European-style buildings. Many fashionable, high-end department stores can be found on this road.
  Have a walking along the Bund, a mile-long waterfront along the Huangpu River. It mainly features 52 various buildings with different architectural styles including Gothic, Baroque, Romanesque, Classicism and the Renaissance.
  Then transfer you to the Longyanglu station where you will take Maglev Train to Pudong Airport.
