First go to visit Liulichang Market. Liulichang Market is located in Hepingmenwai. It is a famous culture street in Beijing. Dated from Qing dynasty, it was a gathering place of most of the candidates for the imperial examination. Thus there are lots of shops selling books, writing brushes, ink sticks, paper and inkstones and also antique paintings.
Drive to a restaurant to have lunch and a short rest.
Proceed to visit Hongqiao Market. Located in East Tiantan Road in Dongcheng District, Hongqiao Market sits beside the Temple of Heaven. It is an international tourist merchandise market with pearl as its major product.
Then visit Panjiayuan Antiques Market. Panjiayuan Antique Market is also called Panjiayuan Flea Market. Located in the southeast corner of the Third Ring road in Beijing, it is the largest Flea Market in China. Opened from Thursday to Sunday each week, it sells various kinds of things except food. Some said it is like a museum.
Taste Chinese tea, enjoy Chinese tea ceremony and have a rest in a local tea house.
