We use different tour guide in different city. Tour guide do not company travelers from one city to another cityh.
For example, if Beijing tour guide is Sharon, then Xian tour guide perhaps is Lydia.

Vehicle of China Package Tour

The vehicle of China package tour is available from 5 seats car, 9 seats van, 15 seats van, 19 seats van, 33 seats coach, 45 seat coach to 50 seats coach. The Brand of vehicle is a different in each city. But all vehicles are clean and decent. We usually leve 1/3 seats empty to make sure the package tour is easy. It will be crowded to put 9 seats in a 9 seats van, we use 9 seats van for 3 to 6 travelers. If there are luggage, the 9 seats van is only available for 3 to 5 travelers.

Admission Fee of Package Tour in China

The hotel accommodation is available from 2 star budget hostel, 3 star comfortable hotel, to standard 4 star hotel, 5 star deluxe hotel and 5 star+ super deluxe hotel. The quotation of China package tour is calculated based on double or twin sharing. This means the price of China package tour is based on two people share one hotel room. Travelers need to pay Single Supplement if he or she prefer to use one whole room.

Train Tickets of China Package Tour

Part of travelers prefer to use train as transfer method between cities of China, especially when the bullet available. Beijingservice can arrange train tickets for travelers. Scanned copy of passport and deposit are needed to book train tickets in China. The train tickets is not available to be issued one month before tour date. Travelers need to send us the scanned copy of passport and deposit at least one month before tour date. Then we will issue the tickets around 30 days in advance.

There are two methods for travelers to get the train tickets. The 1st method is picking up train tickets with passport and reservation number on travelers own. Travelers need to wait in line for the tickets. Usually it needs one hour to pick up the tickets in train station. The second method is delivering the train tickets to travelers' hotel.

Flight Tickets of China Package Tour

Compared with train tickets, flight tickets is easy to be arranged. And there is no time limitation when book the air tickets. Travelers may send us the scanned copy of passport and deposit once the package tour reservation was made. Beijingservice team will send the itinerary of the flights via email. All air tickets in China are E Tickets, travelers may board the flights with passport.

I will be in China arriving from Switzerland on October 14th and leaving for Oct. 22th early morning (flight at 09:05 from Shanghai).
I would like to use these few days to visit the city and visit China's Great Wall as well as the Terracotta Warriors. But before moving forward I have a few questions: 1) I should keep flexible to keep one open days to meet friends in beijing if they are available. Would it be possible to have this flexibility and reshuffle the daily program if needed? 1). Yes, it is possible to have one day free for you to meet friends. Our tour guide and vehicle will be at your use or just leave it a entirely free day for you on yourself. The tour guide and vehicle will be service again after the free day. And it is no problem if you do not know which day to meet your friend now. Just let me know before tour date. This is not a problem.
2). The hotel for deluxe tour is Sunworld Dynasty Hotel Beijing, Sofitel Xian and Shanghai Grand Central Hotel. The hotels are deluxe 5 star hotel with the best location in the city center.
3). On October 19, our driver and tour guide will be in your lobby at around 05:40 am; and then transfer you to airport. It needs around 1 hour to reach airport, we leave 20 minutes as buffer in case the traffic is not good. You will be in airport around 07:00. It is not a problem for early check out. Our tour guide will help you if necessary.
