Three Days Beijing Join in Bus Tour of Badaling Great Wall and Beijing City

Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1. Ming Tombs(Dingling),Badaling Great Wall.  
• 
  Pick up from your hotel at appointed time (between 7:00am and 7:30am).
  Drive to Ming Tombs, the best-preserved Chinese imperial tombs with a history of about 600 years. We will visit the only one excavated so far, Dingling Tomb. Visit above-ground mausoleum and Underground Palace for about 1 hour.
  Then have a short visit of Jade Carving Factory. You can get a glimpse of Chinese Jade culture.
• After lunch, proceed to Badaling Great Wall. This section of the Great Wall is the best preserved and most visited one. The sightseeing of Badaling Great Wall takes about 2 hours. Cable car is available on your own cost.
  On the way back to hotels, you will have a chance to enjoy Chinese traditional Tea Ceremony.
  Transfer back to your hotel at about 5:00pm to 6:00pm.

• Day 2. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace.  
• 
  Pick up from your hotel at appointed time(between 7:00am and 7:30am).
  Drive to Tiananmen Square, the largest downtown square in the world. It is the place where many political and historical events took place.
  Then visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for 2 hours. Forbidden City is the largest and best-preserved ancient imperial palace complex in the world. It is a treasure house of Chinese cultural and historical relics.
  Afterwards, Visit a Chinese medicine shop and get some knowledge of Chinese medicine.
  Proceed to Temple of Heaven, the best preserved and largest sacrificial building complex in the world. Strictly built on the basis of philosophical requirements, the temple in many ways features the relationship between Heaven and Earth. The visiting of Temple of Heaven takes about 1 hour.
• After lunch, take a short visit to a pearl market.
  Head to visit Summer Palace for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Featured with the natural landscape and ancient structures, Summer Palace was included the World Heritage Sites by UNESCO in 1998.
  Transfer back to your hotel at about 6:00pm.

• Day 3. Panda House, Olympic Park, Lama Temple, Beijing Hutong, Jingshan Park.

  Pick up from your hotel at appointed time (between 7:00am and 7:30am).
  Drive to Beijing Zoo to visit Panda House. The giant panda is China's national treasure. This bearlike mammal with bulky body and round face is loved by the people worldwide. The Panda Zoo visit takes about 40 minutes.
  Then visit Olympic Park about 45 minutes. You can take pictures at the famous Bird's nest and Water Cube. If you want to discover the inner structure of the stadiums, the extra tickets on your own cost are needed.
  Afterwards, visit the largest and well preserved Tibetan monastery in Beijing, Lama Temple. It was once the royal court of Emperor Yongzheng when he was a prince.
  The lunch will be arranged in a typical Beijing resident's house.
• After lunch, take a rickshaw to discover Beijing Hutong for around 2 hours. You can enjoy the traditional courtyard residences in the narrow lanes. Proceed to Jingshan Park. You can get a full and clear view of the Forbidden City from this former imperial garden.
  The take a short visit to a Silk Shop to enjoy Chinese traditional silk arts.
  Transfer back to your hotel at about 4:00pm.
