    Beijing Xian Tour Note

      Beijing Xian tour needs to be reserved as early as possible to make sure there is flights or train tickets available.
      If possible, please do not take Beijing Xian tour during Chinese holiday, especially the Spring Festival.
      Scanned copy of passport is needed to secure the correct information for flight or train tickets.
      The guide of Beijing and Xian are not the same one, we arrange local guide and driver in each city. And there is no guide on train or aircraft.
      Train tickets in China can not be guaranteed before we got the tickets. So we will not send final confirmation of train tour before the ticking date.

    • Is it possible to visit Great Wall and Terra-cotta Warriors within one day?
    • Amswer : Great Wall is located in Beijing, Terracotta is located in Xian. It is around 1000 km and 2 hours, from Beijing to Xian. It is impossible to visit these two attractions within one day, unless you stay near Great Wall in the evening before tour date. Many travelers ask this question, so we list it on this page.
    • What information do you need from my side when book ticket from Beijing to Xian ?
    • Amswer : Please send us your scanned copy of passport when make reservation of Beijing Xian tour.
    • How many days should be arranged if we visit all top attractions of Beijing and Xian?
    • Amswer : In Beijing, it needs 4 days to cover: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Beijing Zoo, Temple of Heaven, Olympic Park, Hutong, Badaling Great Wall, Ming Tombs

      In Xian, it needs at least one day to Terra-corra Warriors Museum, City Wall. Or you need another day to visit Qianling Mausoleum, Xianyang Museum, or Shanxi History Museum.
    • Is there a big difference on the temperature of Beijing and Xian ?
    • Amswer : The climate of Xian is almost same with Beijing, although there is 1000 km between these two cities.
    • Where to pick up Beijing-Xian air tickets ?
    • Amswer : The air tickets is E-tickets, that means you may aboard the flight with your passport on tour date. We will send you an email to include the flight itinerary, such as departure time, terminal, tickets number, arrival terminal, arrival time once the tickets issued. You may print and bring it with you.
    • We are interested in Beijing Xian group tour, how many travelers there will be in the coach ?
    • Amswer : Usually there is 6 to 10 travelers in the bus.
    • Where should we pick up the train tickets?
    • Amswer : For most tickets, Beijingservice team will issue the train tickets one month in advance. After your arrival, our tour guide will hand you the tickets or lead you to the ticket office to pick up the tickets.
      Sometimes, we lead travelers to pick up tickets in train station.
    • We are 4 travelers, 2 adults and 2 children, can you arrange soft sleeper in one cabin on the train ?
    • Amswer : No one can guarantee 4 berth in one cabin, especially during holiday. But we will try our best. There is 50% chance to get the cabin. Or you have to exchange the berth with other travelers after boarding the train. Most China people are kind, they are happy to help you.
