      Quality

      Tavelers are not suggested to book very cheap tours. Don't expect high quality tour at very low price.
      Beijingserivde only arrange high quality tour at reasonable price.

      Price

      Tour, transfer, hotel or ticket price is subject to change before final confirmation, because of the possible exhibition or conference during your traveling time.

      Vehicle

      Tourism vehicle is available from 5 to 55 seats in most cities. Air conditioning is available in all vehicles.
      Parking, fuel and expressway cost are all included when the tour covers vehicle.
      The price of a tour is based on vehicle usage around 8 hours per day.
      Almost all vehicles in China tour products are combined with a driver.

      Driver

      Most driver in China only speak Chinese.
      The service time of guide is 8 hours per day.
      If you need to communicate with driver, but can not speak Chinese, then you need a separate local English speaking tour guide.

      Guide

      Most our guide speak Chinese and English.
      In China, tour guide and driver are not the same people. All our tour guides are licensed by tourism bureau.
      Please let us know as early as possible if you need a guide speaking beyond above two languages.

      Transfer

      Most transfers covers only vehicle with driver, to save cost for travelers.
      Tour guide is only available upon request based on extra cost.
      Early ( before 08:00 ) or late (after 20:00 ) transfer needs extra cost.

    • Attraction

      Attractions in China tour only covers the cost of first entry.
      The cost of attractions excludes other items recharged in the scenic area; for example some exhibitions or museums in a big attraction.

      Meal

      Meals included in China tour are often arranged on the way to next attractions.
      Most meals offers dishes order by menu. The ordering can be completed under help of tour guide.

      Hotel

      Unless specified, hotel cost in China tour covers room, breakfast as well as service charge.
      Breakfast will be arranged in the restaurant. Boxed breakfast will be prepared when you take early flight or train.

      Bed

      The bed in hotel room cover double bed (one big bed) or twin beds (two separate small bed).
      Your request on bed will be forwarded to hotel when we make reservation. And the hotel will try their best to cater to your needs.
      But the bed type can not be 100% guaranteed because of the pending room occupying condition on check in date. And this do not lead to discount or refund.

      Air Ticket

      China tour cost is based on air ticket after discount. The air ticket cost covers tickets, tax and service charge.
      Unless specified, tourism class tickets will be used.

      Train Ticket

      Train tickets can not be bought before the official named date, around 4 weeks before departure date.
      Passport copy is needed to buy train ticket.
      The train tickets is hard to be bought for popular destination or during China holiday. The train tickets has to be changed to flight tickets if the train tickets not available, Which makes train tour full of uncertainty, especially in long China trip. So the flight tour is suggested.

    • Payment

      Prepayment is needed before tour date. It is also available to pay deposit before tour date, and the balance can be paid in cash on arrival date to tour guide.

      Change

      Travelers needs to contact us as early as possible if the tour needs to be changed or canceled. The urgent change or cancel need to be followed by a phone call if the change or cancel happen within 2 weeks. There will be handling fee when we process the change or cancellation. We will try our best to save cost for clients. See more cancellation policy.

      Visa

      Visa is not included in China tour. We can provide invitation letter to help you to obtain the visa to China after the tour confirmed and guaranteed.

      Tibet

      Tibet entry permission is needed if you prefer to visit Tibet in your China trip.
      You are suggested to provide document for the applying of Tibet Entry Permission.
