  Your private guide will pick you up from hotel at 09:00 in the morning.
  
  Drive to Echoing-Sand Mountain and Crescent Moon Lake Scenic Area. Surrounded by rolling ridges and precipitous cliffs, Echoing-Sand Mountain made up of tinny sands of five colors, red, yellow, blue, white and black. Every time when the wind sweeps across the sands, a thunder-like sound can be heard from the mountain.
  Nearby, locates the Crescent Moon Lake. The lake is a natural wonder in the Gobi Desert. Existing for hundreds of years, the lake is still crystal clear and never has been buried by the sand.
• After lunch at a local restaurant, proceed to the Mogao Grottoes. Mogao Grottoes is a large cave temple combining art of architecture, murals and painting sculptures. It was first constructed in 366AD and also known as "the Cave of Thousand Buddhas". Mogao Grottoes is an important stopover on the Silk Road.
  
  Transfer you back to the hotel after the tour.
