Brief Itinerary

  • Day 1. Airport/train station pick-up.  
  • Day 2. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Niujie Street and Niujie Mosque, Beijing Hutong.  
  • Day 3. Mutianyu Great Wall, outside view of Bird Nest and Water Cube, Dongsi Mosque, Qianmen Street.   
  • Day 4. Huashi Mosque, Capital Museum, Summer Palace.   
  • Day 5. Yongshou Muslim Mosque, National Museum, Pushou Muslim Mosque, Beihai Park.   
  • Day 6. Airport/train station see-off.  

Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1. Airport/train station pick-up.  

  • Arrive in Beijing. Meet your guide with your name sign at the exit of the airport or train station.
    Transfer you to the hotel.
    The rest time of the day is flexible. You can have a rest in hotel or walk around nearby.

  • Day 2. Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Niujie Street and Niujie Mosque, Beijing Hutong.  

  • Pick you up from hotel at 08:30am and transfer to Tiananmen Square. The square is the largest downtown square in the world. It is the political center of China and the site where Chairman Mao announced the establishment of the People's Republic of China.
    Enter the Forbidden City from the north end of Tiananmen Square. This imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties(1368-1912) is the largest and best-preserved palace complex in the world. Many cultural and historical relics are displayed in the palace.
  • After Halal lunch, head to Niujie Street and Niujie Mosque. Niujie Street with over 10,000 Muslims is the largest Muslim settlement in Beijing. The mosque in the street has a history of over 1,000 years. It is a combination of Islamic and Chinese culture.
    Proceed Beijing Hutong. Take a Man-power rickshaw to discover the traditional courtyard compounds on the narrow lanes. These old hutongs reflect the culture and daily life of the past Beijing.

  • Day 3. Mutianyu Great Wall, outside view of Bird Nest and Water Cube, Dongsi Mosque, Qianmen Street.   

  • Pick you up from hotel at 08:30am and drive to Mutianyu Great Wall. As one of the seven wonders in the world, great wall is a symbol and pride of China. Mutianyu is one of the most famous and best preserved sections of China Great Wall. There are 23 original watchtowers and other ancient constructions distributed along the wall.
    Proceed to Olympic Park built for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. View the Bird Nest and Water Cube from outside. Bird Nest is the largest steel structural stadium and the Water Cube is largest membrane structure stadium in the world.
  • Move on to Dongsi Mosque. Covering an area of 10,000 square meters, Dongsi Mosque was first built in 1356 during the Yuan Dynasty. It is now the site of Beijing Islamic Association.
    Then head to Qianmen Street. This pedestrian street was rebuilt resembling it was in the the 1920s to 1930s. Many time-honored brands are assembled on this street, including Tongrentang, Ruifuxiang, Zhangyiyuan, Neiliansheng, Quanjude, Douyichu, etc.

  • Day 4. Huashi Mosque, Capital Museum, Summer Palace.   

  • Pick you up from hotel at 08:30am.
    Head to Huashi Mosque first. First built in 1415 during the Ming Dynasty, Huashi Mosque is one of the famous Mosques in Beijing.
    Then visit Capital Museum. The museum displays the history and culture of Beijing city. It has 13 theme exhibition rooms displaying 5,622 items, including bronze vessels, jades, calligraphy works, paintings, Buddhist statues, porcelain wares, and so on.
  • Proceed to Summer Palace after Halal lunch. Known as the "Museum of Royal Gardens", Summer Palace is a blend of hills, open water and ancient architectures. It is the best-preserved imperial garden in the world.

  • Day 5. Yongshou Muslim Mosque, National Museum, Pushou Muslim Mosque, Beihai Park.   

  • Pick you up from hotel at 08:30am.
    Proceed to Yongshou Muslim Mosque located in Sanlihe of Xicheng District. It was first built in 1605 during the Ming Dynasty.
    Move on to National Museum. The museum is the largest single-building museums in the world. The main basic exhibitions are Ancient China and The Road to Rejuvenation. The museum possess many Chinese historical artifacts that would not be found in other museums, such as the heaviest ancient bronze- Simuwu Ding.
  • Head to Pushou Muslim Mosque in the afternoon. The Mosque covers an area of 4000 square meters. The office of Islamic Association of Xicheng District is in this mosque.
    Then visit Beihai Park. The park is the oldest and best-preserved imperial garden in China. You can enjoy lakes and hills, ancient buildings and towers, trees and flowers in the park.
