Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1. Arrive in Shanghai.  
• 
  Arrive in the airport or railway station. You will be met by your guide at the exit and transferred to the hotel for check in.

• Day 2. Yu Garden, Jade Buddha Temple, Shanghai Museum, Nanjing Road, the Bund.  
• 
  Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
  Drive to visit Yu Garden. With a history of over 400 years, The garden is a Chinese classic garden of Jiang'nan style with ancient architectures, exquisite sculptures, rockeries and carvings.
  Then visit Jade Buddha Temple. The temple was first built in 1882 to house the two jade Buddha statues carved with whole white jade which had been brought from Burma.
• Proceed to Shanghai Museum. Known as the Museum of Ancient Chinese Art, the museum is famous for its large collection of rare cultural pieces.
  Go on visiting Nanjing Road, the most famous commercial area in Shanghai. Over 600 businesses on the road offer countless famous brands, superior quality, and new fashions.
  Move on to the Bund, which is regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. The most famous and attractive sights are the 52 various buildings of different architectural styles.
  Be transferred back to the hotel after the tour.

• Day 3. Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Old Shanghai Museum, Pudong New Area, Outside view of China Hall in Shanghai Expo Garden, Huangpu River Cruise.

  Be picked up from hotel at 08:30 in the morning.
  Drive to visit Oriental Pearl TV Tower. There are three major sightseeing floors for travelers to enjoy the city view at different heights. The transparent sightseeing corridor at 259 meters high is the most exciting.
  Visit Old Shanghai Museum at the basement of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. You can learn about the changes happened in every aspects of shanghai City in this museum. Proceed to Pudong New Area, the first free trade zone in Shanghai. It is the epitome of Shanghai's modernization.
• Move on to Shanghai Expo Garden to have an Outside view of China Hall. The main structure of the China Hall has a distinctive roof made of traditional dougong or brackets, which date back more than 2,000 years.
  Take a cruise on the charming Huangpu River. You can enjoy the various historical buildings on one side of the bank and the modern skyscrapers on the other side.
  If time permits, we will visit Tianzifang Art Zone, a famous art zone in the traditional lane.
  Be transferred back to the hotel after the tour.

• Day 4. Depart from Shanghai.
