Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1. Reach Guilin, Two Rivers and Four Lakes(Sun and Moon Pagoda, Ancient City Gate), Dongxi Lane, Jingjiang Princes Mansion, Duxiu Peak.   
• 
  Upon arrival at Guilin, your private guide will meet you at the exit of airport or train station.
  Transfer you to hotel for check in.
  
  After a short rest, start our walking tour from Two Rivers and Four Lakes Scenic Spot. Two Rivers and Four Lakes is a continuous waterway around the Guilin city, consisting of Li River, Peach Blossom River, Banyan Lake, Chinese Fir Lake, Osmanthus Lake and Wooden Dragon Lake.
  We will visit the Sun and Moon Pagoda, which are connected with a 18-meter-long underwater aquarium. The nine-story Sun Pagoda is the tallest copper pagoda and the tallest pagoda in the water.
  Then walk to visit Ancient City Gate. It was first built in 621 as the south gate of the Guilin City.
  
  Move on to Dongxi Lane, historical area with a history of over 1400 years. It is an epitome of old Guilin city. You can find local snacks and items with ethnic characteristics in this area.
• Proceed to Jingjiang Princes Mansion, the residence of Jingjiang Princes in the Ming Dynasty(1368-1644). It was converted into the provincial examination house in the Qing Dynasty(1644-1912).
  The Duxiu Peak in the Jingjiang Princes Mansion is one of the three main peaks of Guilin. Climb up the top to enjoy the panoramic view of Guilin city.

• Day 2. Li River Cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo, Jiuxian Village.  
• 
  Your private guide will pick you up from the hotel at 07:30am - 08:10am.
  Drive to Zhujiang Pier to take Li River Cruise to Yangshuo. The scenery along the Li River is one of China's top tourist destinations. You will see a flowing scroll of beautiful karst landscape: various peaks with descriptive names, white cloud reflecting on the water, bamboo groves planting along the riverbank, buffalo grazing on the grassland, and so on. The cruise will last about 4.5 hours. Chinese and western buffet lunch is offered on board.
• Arrive in Yangshuo in the afternoon. Proceed to visit ancient Jiuxian Village with a history of about 1400 years. Various architectures from different dynasties are well preserved here.
  Transfer you back to the hotel in Guilin by private vehicle.

• Day 3. Reed Flute Cave, Fubo Hill, outside view of Elephant Trunk Hill, Seven Star Park, Depart from Guilin.  
• 
  Your private guide will pick you up from the hotel at 08:30am.
  Visit Reed Flute Cave by public transport. The cave houses various stalactites, stone pillars, stone curtain and rock formations formed from 180 million years ago. You will feel that your are in a "Palace of Natural Arts".
  Proceed to visit Fubo Hill. With peaks, water, caves, pavilions, gardens, stone carvings and Buddha statues, the hill is one of the wonderful scenic spots in Guilin. The top of the hill is one of the best places to have a bird view of Li River and Guilin city.
• Afterwards, walk cross Li River and have an outside view of Elephant Trunk Hill. Named for its shape like a huge elephant drinking water from the river with its trunk, Elephant Trunk Hill is regarded as the symbol of Guilin.
  Then visit Seven Star Park, the largest comprehensive park in Guilin city. It is the perfect fusion of mountains, water, caves, stones, courtyards, buildings, and cultural relics.
  Transfer you to airport or train station for departure.
